End-User License Agreement

EULA

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") constitutes a legal contract between you and Disable Ads.

This EULA governs your acquisition and utilization of our Disable Ads software ("Software"), directly from Disable Ads (“Company”) or indirectly through an authorized reseller or distributor.

Prior to completing the installation process and employing the Disable Ads software, carefully review this EULA. It provides a license for the Disable Ads software and outlines warranty details and liability disclaimers.

By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using the Disable Ads software, you confirm your agreement to the Software and your commitment to adhere to the terms of this EULA.

If you are entering into this EULA on behalf of a company or legal entity, you assert that you possess the authority to bind the entity and its affiliates to these terms. If you lack such authority or disagree with the conditions of this EULA, abstain from installing or using the Software and do not accept this agreement.

This EULA solely pertains to the Disable Ads Software, regardless of mentions of other software herein. The terms also extend to Disable Ads updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the Software, unless alternate terms accompany those items upon delivery.

Company hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to utilize the Disable Ads software on your devices as per the stipulations in this EULA.

You're authorized to load the Disable Ads software onto devices under your control, ensuring compliance with the software's minimum requirements.

Modify, edit, adapt, translate, or otherwise alter any part or the entirety of the Software, nor integrate or combine it with other software, nor attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Utilize the Software for commercial purposes, including reproduction, copying, distribution, or resale.
Permit third parties to use the Software for their own or others' benefit.
Employ the Software in violation of local, national, or international laws or any terms outlined in this EULA.
Use the Software for any purpose deemed a breach of this EULA by Disable Ads.

Disable Ads retains ownership of the Software as initially downloaded by you, along with subsequent downloads. The Software and its intellectual property rights remain Company’s property, including any modifications.

Disable Ads reserves the right to extend licenses to third parties for Software use.

This EULA is in effect from your initial use of the Software and persists until terminated. You can terminate it at any time through written notice to Disable Ads.

It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, the licenses granted cease, and you must cease all Software use. Provisions that naturally survive termination will persist.

This EULA, along with any disputes arising from it, shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the United States.

The Company retains the exclusive authority to amend or substitute this Agreement as it sees fit. In the event of a substantial alteration, we will furnish a notice of at least 30 days before new terms come into effect. The Company alone will determine the definition of a significant change.

By persisting in accessing or employing the Application following the implementation of revised terms, you signify your acceptance of the updated conditions. If you disagree with the new terms, your authorization to utilize the Application is no longer valid.
